Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

Justin had the bachelor party for Darin on Saturday last weekend so the girls and I went to visit the old stomping grounds with Grandma, Grandpa and Jill. We drove down to the Springs and visited the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. This was always a cool zoo when I was a kid, but they have made major improvements and it was awesome! I highly reccomend it - http://www.cmzoo.org/. It's a bit of hike to see the whole zoo since it's actually on the side of a mountain but well worth it. It also has a great view overlooking Colorado Springs.

One of the best things about the zoo is feeding the giraffes! Abby had the best time giving them crackers and thought they were great. Zoe liked watching Abby feed them but wasn't quite willing to take the risk herself. Maybe next time!
